Stainless Steel Pipetransair stainless steel

Transair provides innovative pipe work systems in stainless steel specifically used for the transmission of fluids. Transair ’s industrial fluid pipe system provides the transmission of cooling water for plant machines and equipment for the use in the following industries: injection molding, automotive assembly/parts manufacturing, printing, laser cutting and heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC).

The use of stainless steel has many advantages. Stainless steel provides excellent resistance to corrosion, fire, thermal variation, mechanical shocks and ultraviolet rays; is easy to clean; requires low maintenance; and has a lower total cost of ownership. Even though stainless steel may require a higher initial cost than other metals, maintenance and replacement costs are lower than those of other metals.

Transair provides a fast, easy, clean and reliable means for installing ½” to 4’’ stainless piping systems. Transair’s steel pipe system offers:

  • Assembly without welding or gluing
  • Instant connection without a permanent crimp
  • Pipes and connectors supplied ready for immediate installation
  • Ground level preparation plus lightweight portable tools
  • Immediate start-up
  • Smooth bore design offering high flow and reduced pressure drop
  • 10 year guarantee
  • 100% recyclable material
  • Quick installation, disassembly and reusability
  • Technical specifications
